Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and assembly lines in strict accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure all products meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Package and label finished goods efficiently to prepare them for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to prevent accidents and ensure productivity.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and overtime availability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for H2B Visa sponsorship.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and mandatory overtime during peak season.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Communication: Basic English proficiency required for safety instructions and team communication.
- Physical Requirements: Physically capable of standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
