Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using manual and powered equipment.
- Sort, pack, and organize inventory according to company standards.
- Perform daily quality checks to ensure all orders meet specifications.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred but training available).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic English proficiency for reading safety signs and instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Willingness to participate in a background check and drug screening.
