Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift for seamless transitions
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct performance reviews and implement training programs
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Valid forklift certification required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work flexible nights (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Leadership experience in high-volume environments
