Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and assembly tasks according to standard operating procedures.
- Operate and maintain standard warehouse machinery and equipment safely.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and prepare them for shipping.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one before starting.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Kansas City facility.
- Basic English proficiency for reading safety signage and following instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
