Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping tasks.
- Assist in construction projects by preparing sites, cleaning tools, and organizing materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service in hospitality or service-oriented roles.
- Follow all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Transport materials and supplies to and from work sites as required.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to work under a U.S. work visa program.
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual labor for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID and social security number.
- Previous experience in seasonal or manual labor is preferred but not always required.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations within Anchorage and surrounding areas.
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
