Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a high level of professionalism and warmth to ensure an exceptional visitor experience.
- Manage daily operations for seasonal events, check-ins, and guest services in downtown Seattle.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local Seattle health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in inventory management for seasonal supplies, amenities, and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service standards and resolve guest inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in high-traffic areas.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (U.S. citizens or eligible foreign nationals).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation within the Seattle metropolitan area.
