Responsibilities
- Assist in daily front desk operations including guest check-in/out and reservation management
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure premium guest experiences
- Participate in customer service initiatives and resolve guest inquiries
- Shadow department managers to learn operational best practices
- Contribute to cultural exchange events and international guest relations
- Complete structured training modules in hospitality management
- Assist with event coordination and banquet services
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service metrics
Qualifications
- Valid J1 Visa sponsorship eligibility (international candidates only)
- Basic English proficiency (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required)
- Customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Eagerness to learn American business practices
