Responsibilities
- Assist in high-volume packing, sorting, and shipping operations.
- Operate standard warehouse machinery and equipment safely.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (or require H2B sponsorship).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Wayne facility.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
