Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain a pristine and organized lobby and public areas to uphold our brand standards.
- Assist in coordinating seasonal events and guest activities.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform light administrative duties, including data entry and reporting.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one for the 2026 season.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or resort operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
