Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in hotel/resort settings
- Perform housekeeping duties including room cleaning and maintenance

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and facilities
- Follow safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with diverse team members effectively
- Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US citizen)
- No prior experience required - we train everyone
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours daily
- Valid passport and visa application documents
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible schedules (weekends/holidays)
