Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests with warm professionalism
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with event coordination and special guest requests
- Uphold strict safety and hygiene standards per CDC guidelines
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
