Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest areas
- Assist with event setup and tear-down for seasonal attractions
- Operate point-of-sale systems for merchandise sales
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with diverse teams to create memorable guest experiences
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Physical stamina for standing/walking 8+ hours daily
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
