Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor in crop cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest processing
- Operate and maintain farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and irrigation systems
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and quality control standards
- Work efficiently in varying weather conditions (heat, wind, rain)
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading agricultural products
- Participate in team-based farming operations
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility or ability to obtain sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months prior farm/agricultural work experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Reliable transportation to worksite (housing provided if needed)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and early mornings
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
