Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest agricultural products (such as corn, soybeans, or tobacco).
- Maintain and repair farm equipment and tools.
- Perform weeding, pruning, and general field maintenance.
- Sort, grade, and pack harvested goods according to quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with a team to meet production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship or possess valid US work authorization.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
