Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain provided agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest seasonal crops following safety protocols
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Perform field maintenance including irrigation setup and equipment calibration
- Adhere to all H2A program regulations and company safety standards
- Collaborate with crew leaders to optimize harvest efficiency
- Document daily activities and inventory using digital systems
Qualifications
- Valid H2A visa eligibility or ability to obtain through sponsorship
- Minimum 2 years commercial agriculture experience
- Ability to operate heavy farm machinery (tractor, harvester) certifications preferred
- Physical ability to work 8-10 hour days in outdoor conditions
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong work ethic and punctuality record
- Willingness to pass pre-employment physical examination
- Clean driving record (if operating vehicles)
