Responsibilities
- Participate in structured, paid training programs to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify potential prospects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with a team of mentors to refine communication strategies and closing skills.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product updates to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
