Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone and in-person meetings to identify their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Attend daily training sessions and coaching workshops to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and foster referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales or professional experience is necessary—we provide all training.
