Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients across Southern California
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and campaigns
- Analyze sales metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with SaaS solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to travel 10-20% within San Diego metro area
