Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer consultations to drive sales and build loyalty
- Execute visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs
- Inventory management including receiving, stocking, and markdown execution
- Participate in seasonal training on new product lines and sales techniques
- Contribute to store cleanliness and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Proficiency with retail technology (POS systems, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for premium fashion and customer service excellence
