Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling
- Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and loyalty program enrollment
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create immersive shopping environments
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Manage inventory through stock counts and replenishment processes
- Uphold brand standards in store presentation and customer interactions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience preferred
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Passion for Detroit's retail scene and local culture
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus
