Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to leverage campaigns and drive lead generation.
- Process sales orders, contracts, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to offer expert advice.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
