Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing product recommendations and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Sales Execution: Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Merchandising: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and executing visual merchandising standards.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with repeat customers to drive loyalty and increase sales volume.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly preferred.
