Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Actively engage with prospects to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and competitor positioning.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (entry-level candidates with high energy are encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Self-Motivation: A hunger for success, ability to work independently, and a strong work ethic.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is highly preferred.
