Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Proactively greet and assist customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services that provide value.
- Sales Performance: Drive sales results by meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment that aligns with brand standards.
- Transaction Management: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, support store operations, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform basic store maintenance tasks.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by business needs.
- Skills: Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems; ability to learn new products quickly.
