Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly upon arrival to the store.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Merchandise the sales floor by stocking shelves, folding clothes, and ensuring displays are visually appealing.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
