Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, actively listening to their needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Utilize consultative selling techniques to achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by ensuring displays are organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Control: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and the accurate logging of incoming merchandise.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Team Collaboration: Support store management in daily operations and assist teammates during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and maneuver throughout the sales floor.
