Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing expert product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers of all backgrounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Enthusiastic personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
