Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Drive sales achievement by proactively engaging customers and demonstrating product knowledge
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions and maintain accurate records
- Support visual merchandising standards through floor recovery and display maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and targets
- Process merchandise shipments, inventory counts, and stockroom organization
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain expertise on current collections
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset

- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
