Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that match their style and budget.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping atmosphere.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Operations: Process transactions accurately at the Point of Sale (POS) and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, organization, and seasonal inventory counts as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-energy work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
