Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide personalized assistance to meet their needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Display a thorough knowledge of products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing according to merchandising standards.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining accurate stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
