- Customer Experience: Greet and welcome customers warmly, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Drive store revenue by achieving daily sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Merchandising Support: Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing back-of-house areas.
- Team Collaboration: Support management with daily operations and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we value attitude and willingness to learn.
