Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a high level of professionalism, identifying their specific needs and preferences.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting new arrivals and store promotions to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Maintain an immaculate store appearance, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and the sales floor is inviting.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using POS systems.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through follow-up calls and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement visual merchandising strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

- Valid driver's license is preferred.
