Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon entering the store and provide knowledgeable assistance with product selection.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting our products and achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash and card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to meet company standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up communications and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
