As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, driving revenue through exceptional customer service and consultative selling techniques.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a smile, providing immediate assistance and product knowledge.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to maximize sales potential.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions to educate customers.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proven track record of being goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- A valid driver's license is required.
