- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Strong attention to detail in merchandising and inventory
- Valid California driver's license (for store errands)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
