Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and determining their specific needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs and provide expert product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays according to company standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers professionally.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
