Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry to the sales floor.
- Demonstrate and recommend products that best fit the customer's specific needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems.
- Enthusiastic attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
