Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, actively listen to their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations to drive sales.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an organized, attractive, and fully stocked sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
