- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the sales floor appearance, ensuring merchandise is organized and displayed attractively.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
