Responsibilities
- Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management
- Build lasting relationships with returning clientele

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficient with technology (POS systems, tablets)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (for inventory runs)
