Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise the sales floor to maintain a visually appealing environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to foster loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and POS systems.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow.
