Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly, actively listening to their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Sales Execution: Drive store sales targets through effective product demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that aligns with brand standards.
- Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Inventory Support: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and merchandise presentation to ensure product availability.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve daily and weekly KPIs and foster a positive team environment.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; a strong sales aptitude is essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling; proficiency with computer systems and POS software is a plus.
