Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using POS systems and handle payments efficiently.
- Organize merchandise displays and maintain a clean, inviting, and safe sales floor environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue per transaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
