The Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, persuasive, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and follow up on sales leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Track sales performance metrics and report on weekly progress to management.
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
