- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash/credit operations
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up appointments and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations and inventory accuracy
- Participate in seasonal product launches and promotional events
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in luxury retail or high-end fashion preferred
- Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate brand value propositions
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid Maryland sales license (if applicable to product categories)
