Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling and upselling techniques.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting them in finding the perfect products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product lines, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to ensure seamless store operations and a positive work atmosphere.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and digital payments, and manage returns or exchanges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling and ability to learn POS (Point of Sale) systems quickly.
