Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer consultations and product demonstrations
- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and relationship building
- Process transactions using POS systems while maintaining cash accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards and store inventory management
- Train new associates on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Participate in seasonal promotions and store events
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or sales experience with proven track record
- Expertise in luxury fashion, electronics, or home goods preferred
- Proficiency with CRM and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
