Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.
- Actively promote and sell products, ensuring all sales targets and key performance indicators are met.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Build lasting relationships with customers through follow-up communication and personalized service.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute visual merchandising strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and POS software is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude are mandatory.
