Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional service to every client, ensuring a premium shopping experience from greeting to closing the sale.
- Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines to effectively answer customer inquiries and demonstrate features.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and peers to achieve team goals and share best practices.
- Administrative Tasks: Accurately process transactions and manage inventory counts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in retail sales or customer service (1+ years preferred).
