- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Operate POS systems, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team to achieve store-wide sales and operational goals
- Participate in product training and stay current on fashion trends
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising eye
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
